As the former Associate Counsel to the President, Professor Wright lends his expertise – “This newspaper’s editorial board lambasted President Obama for not designating the Boston Marathon bombing suspect an ‘enemy combatant.’ There are fundamental problems of policy and law with the editorial. The president got it right.”
