Students joining the Savannah Law School community exemplify a variety of different backgrounds. 64% of incoming students come to Savannah from states other than Georgia, such as, Alaska, Arizona, California, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Maryland, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia. 33 different undergraduate institutions are represented, such as, Michigan State University, Texas Tech University, U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, and the Universities of Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Minnesota, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Students have also spent years serving throughout the world as Army and Naval Officers, business owners, teachers, kayak guides, musicians, athletes, and parents.
