SLS Student Scott Hendrix Wins Georgia State Bar IP Scholarship

Hendrix.ScottSavannah Law School part-time 2L student Scott Hendrix has been awarded the annual IP Law Scholarship sponsored by the IP Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. The considerations for the award include GPA, overall and in core IP courses, involvement in IP organizations, both within one’s law school and within one’s community, involvement in IP scholastic initiatives, and prior IP experience.

Hendrix earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at Georgia Tech, and currently works full-time as a patent agent at Johnson, Marcou & Isaacs while also serving as the associate editor of the Savannah Law School Law Review.

Hendrix was presented with the award at the 5th Annual IP Gala and Judges Dinner at the Georgia Aquarium on February 24, 2017. Congratulations, Scott! We are so proud of your hard work and recognition.
